I just read your writings about war,politics and such.I have to say I agree with you 100%. Mike and I thought we were the only two white Southerners who had a liberal view. I have a hard time being around all my Republican Christain friends. For some reason they all think if you believe in God ...then
you must be Republican. They can't seen to comprehend Democrat/Christain in the same sentence. Which I do not understand. The Democratic party is much more compassionate toward their fellow man than any rebublican ever thought about being. We despise George Bush....Uh! Both of them. George W. is the main reason the rest of the world hates us so much today! Anyway, enjoyed your article.

This is concerning a wonderful man that went by the name of Rosie Dean. Sadly, he passed away last Saturday, after being diagnosed with cancer back in 2001. He was a Syracuse legend. And I am proud to boast what a friend he was to me and my daughter since the mid 70s. He will surely be missed. Linda Acre
